In this high-impact role, you will steer the Wholesale Banking strategy, inspire a results-driven team, and cultivate meaningful relationships with key clients. You'll be at the helm of creating tailored solutions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sustainable growth in a competitive market. What You'll Be Doing: Craft and implement an ambitious Wholesale Banking strategy to capture market opportunities. Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies for the Wholesale Banking Group. Lead the creation of cutting-edge products and services that resonate with customers. Nurture and grow strategic customer relationships , ensuring loyalty and satisfaction. Oversee the credit risk framework , fostering robust risk management practices. Manage low-cost funding strategies while enhancing overall business performance. Represent the bank as a trusted ambassador and deliver insightful reports to the Executive Director of Wholesale Banking. Who We're Looking For: A trailblazer with a BSc Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline. Holder of banking certifications like ACIB or similar is preferred. 10 years of proven expertise in the banking sector, including 6 years in senior leadership roles focused on marketing, business development, or relationship management. A natural leader with exceptional strategic thinking , communication, and problem-solving skills. A Namibian citizen or permanent resident fluent in English. How to Apply:
