Collate, compile, analyse and report on the various brand and marketing channels for comprehensive and top-level reporting to the executive leadership.
Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns that align with clearly defined marketing objectives that align with and enable the achievement of the core business objectives, both in terms of brand development and lead generation.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI and support product marketing initiatives.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
Team Management: Build, mentor and manage a high-performing marketing team.
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to encourage creativity and productivity.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development programmes for team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with shared services to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and product alignment.
Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and stakeholders to enhance marketing and product initiatives.

Qualifications: BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum 10 years marketing experience including 5 years in a senior management role, driving the product, brand and digital strategy for the business Proven experience in developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Personal Attributes: Demonstrated record of success in brand, product and digital marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience with marketing automation and digital platforms.
Must be able to review, interpret and understand data received from various sources, and make the necessary changes to optimise results.
