The Group FP&A Manager will lead the financial planning and forecasting processes for Real Group and CAPEX reporting to ensure strategic alignment, consistency of assumptions and delivery of strategic analysis to support commercial decision making.
This role will own and manage the timelines and process for group financial planning including budget, forecast and long term plans. You will work with the Finance Managers to implement a rolling forecast model including understanding cash flow and working capital requirements.
You will partner with the Finance Managers and asset teams to prepare consolidated group capital expenditure plans, oversee variance analysis to budget on capital expenditure and provide insights to the Finance Manager.
Analysis of treasury requirements across the Group will be included in this role, in line with both short and long term forecasts, and propose opportunities for effective treasury management, including foreign exchange hedging, interest rate hedging etc.
