My client is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Group Financial Manager to join their team in Cape Town. In this key position, you will oversee the financial operations of a diverse and international company, driving growth, efficiency, and compliance. If you have a passion for finance, a strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex financial processes across multiple regions, we want to hear from you Duties: Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group. Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local accounting standards. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Coordinate the preparation of statutory accounts. Budgeting and forecasting Inter-company transactions Audit and compliance Education and Experience: CA(SA) At least 3 years of experience in a group accounting role Experience with consolidations and inter-company accounting is required If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
