Group Financial Manager R800 000-R1200 000 Per Year.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible and independent person who will lead the financial team and be responsible for our group admin and financials and company secretarial work.Group consists of 5 companies – Must be able to do consolidated financials.Financial team consists of bookkeeper and various administrators/clerks.Good with systems and controls, analytical thinker with leadership skills.Good with reporting, dashboards and cost centre allocations.In-depth knowledge of Sage Evolution.Will be responsible for IT, HR, Finance, Admin, Company Secretary, Budget and financial audits.This is one of 3 senior management positions and will report directly to the directors.Candidate must be competent to independently run the financial and administrative side of a R250-300m business!Desired Experience & QualificationMinimum qualification to be a practicing professional accountant with at least 5 years experience as a financial manager.Agriculture background will be advantageous.Familiar with SARS/CIPC compliance and requirements.
