Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Financial Manager to join their team in Pretoria, Hazelwood. This role is ideal for a dynamic and driven individual who will play a key role in managing all group reporting, consolidating results, and ensuring the financial well-being of the group's investment companies.Key Responsibilities:Full ownership of group reporting and consolidation of group results.Overseeing the financial management of several small investment companies.Reporting directly to the CFO and supporting central finance functions.Managing tax calculations and returns for all group companies.Overseeing the team handling creditors, debtors, and banking:3 clerks in the Creditors team.1 clerk managing Debtors.1 clerk managing the Bank.Working closely with a Financial Accountant who will assist with the Trial Balances (TBs) and Balance Sheet reconciliations.Requirements:5 -10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on group reporting and consolidations.Strong leadership skills with experience in overseeing a finance team.In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.Ability to work from the office with flexibility but maintaining a regular in-office presence is essential.What's on Offer:A stable work-life balance in a supportive and empathetic environment.Competitive remuneration, with a maximum cost to company (CTC) of R1.1m – R1.2m annually.Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and make a significant impact on the financial direction of the company.Location: Pretoria, office based with some flexibility.Salary offered: R R1.1m – R1.2m annually, depending on experience.Type: Full time permanent position.Please apply online and if you are a suitable candidate, ARVO recruiters will be in contact.Please consider your application unsuccessful if you are not contacted by ARVO recruiters within 4 weeks of applying.
