Duties:Lead financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the GroupOversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standardsManage audits and internal financial controls to safeguard company assetsDrive financial planning and strategy to support business objectivesPrepare and present detailed financial performance reports to executivesCollaborate with other departments, including operations, to ensure financial alignment with business goals Qualifications & skills:A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacityA relevant B.Com degree in Finance (CA(SA) qualification is highly preferred)Proven expertise in financial software, such as Hyperion and SAPStrong understanding of IFRS and financial regulationsExperience in logistics, supply chain, fleet management, or cold chain industries will be beneficial
