Group Financial Manager

A well-established company , catering to the automotive, industrial, and heavy machinery sectors, is on the lookout for an experienced and hands-on Group Financial Manager (CA(SA)) to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete financial function of the business, encompassing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and driving overall financial performance . Duties: Manage the full financial function, including monthly financial reporting, annual audits, and tax compliance. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards and company policies. Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders. Lead and manage the finance team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)). 5 to 10 years of post-articles experience, preferably from the manufacturing or automotive industry. Hands-on experience in managing the full financial function.
