Group Financial Manager

Job Description: Consolidate all finance data and oversee financial reporting processes across the Group Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards and regulations Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment Manage the use of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) for accurate financial reporting Provide strategic input into core financial projects and initiatives critical to the success of the finance team Ensure meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Implement and maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices Collaborate effectively across departments with outstanding leadership and communication skills Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency Skills & Experience: 7 years post-article experience, including senior management positions Hyperion Financial Management/ HFM experience is non-negotiable Strong IFRS knowledge Strong experience in Consolidations Team Management experience Qualification: CA(SA) Contact ALEXANDRA MALONEY on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF019558.
