Group Financial Manager

Job & Company Description: My client is one of the leading full-service commercial real estate investor and an independent fuel retailer in nationally which consists of a number of operational entities. The successful incumbent will report to the CFO and will be responsible for preparing and consolidating financial statements for the group, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with various international accounting standards. Ensuring adherence to local and international accounting regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements. Assisting in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights for strategic decision-making. Managing and review cross-border transactions, currency conversions, and inter-company reconciliations. Overseeing international tax compliance and planning, including the preparation of tax returns and management of tax audits. Coordinating with external auditors to facilitate the auditing process, providing necessary documentation and addressing any audit findings. Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) - non negotiable 3-5 years post articles experience 2-4 years' experience in a management role Apply Now
