Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Serve as a key member of the Exco, aligning financial goals with overall business strategyPresent financial performance, forecasts, KPIs, and the 12-month Solvency and Liquidity Report ("S&L") to the Exco and BoardOversee the consolidation of financial results across subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS for SMEsManage consolidation, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely corrective actionsOversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and HR functions for accuracy and complianceCoordinate with subsidiary Financial Managers for timely financial data submission (e.g., QPE and management packs)Manage the annual audit process with external auditors to ensure compliance and transparencyFinalize and circulate the holding company and subsidiary AFS and Report to Management for Board approvalMaintain relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and bankersEnsure timely submission of ITR14 to SARS and resolve any audit queriesMonitor compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and Delegated Authority Levels (DAL)Oversee financial risk management, especially in credit, currency, and fluctuationsPresent and monitor the Group's budget, providing variance analysis and strategic adjustmentsAnalyze manufacturing financial performance, identify trends, and guide cost-saving initiativesSupport the implementation of lean financial practices and process improvementsManage the Group's treasury, ensuring effective cash flow management and capital structureConduct due diligence on potential investments, mergers, and acquisitionsReport annually to SARB on FDI, royalty payments, and intermediary services from SA to UAE Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 Years experience after articlesMinimum 3 years of experience in managementExperience on EXCO levelManufacturing experience Qualification:Finance DegreeCIMA designation Non-negotiable Contact ANNARI STANDER on
