Group Financial Manager

Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to, the following:Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop, implement and management of financial strategies, budgets, and forecastsFinancial Processing and Reporting: Responsible for processing of salary payroll journal and fortnightly wagesCash Flow Management: Manage and optimise the companys cash flow and working capitalTeam Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionalsStrategic Planning and Projects: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the companys strategic planTax Planning and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations (provisional tax, VAT, PAYE, withholding tax) Skills & Experience: Renewable energy industry experience non-negotiableMore than 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in a group or multinational organizationExcellent interpersonal and management skillsProven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reportingProficiency in financial software and ERP systemsQualification:CA(SA) Contact CHANEL STEENKAMP on
