Group Financial Manager

Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, maintain the general ledger/ trial balance and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Manage cash flow by tracking transactions for the department, covering accounting systems and strengthening internal controls. Ensure that financial records are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards. Work closely with other departments to provide support on financial matters. Managing external audits and providing information and support as required. Team management: Supervise team members to finance department objectives and deadlines are met. Manage the performance of team members.Requirements: 4+ years' experience in a similar role or equivalent experience. Deadline driven and goal oriented. Proficient in the use of financial management software. Sage x3 advantageous. Personal attributes: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and dependability.
