My client is a worldwide tech leader, equipping the insurance, healthcare, and employee benefits sectors with cutting-edge solutions to sharpen risk understanding and transform customer experiences. The successful incumbent will report to the CFO and will be responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of financial reports and outputs for management and equity partners. Ensure the accurate completion of month-end management accounts by WD5. Lead and coordinate the preparation of regulatory reports, adhering to all deadlines. Manage the preparation of the budget, forecasts, and rolling forecasts in alignment with board timelines. Monitor and report on the groups cash flow weekly/monthly, managing cash flow forecasts and addressing variances. Take ownership of all relevant statutory returns (VAT, rates, and taxes). Ensure an effective tax and legal structure across the group, addressing multi-country transfer pricing and IP licensing requirements. Manage all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, cost accounting, cash flow, and revenue recognition. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting. Develop and document business processes.
