Group Financial Accountant (Saipa/Saiba/Aga)

Key Responsibilities:1.
Administrate full financial functions of the companies within the group.2.
Manage debtors and creditors.3.
Preparations of monthly management accounts and financial statements following IFRS regulations.4.
Develop and implement essential reporting processes to meet the company's requirements.5.
Interpret and provide detailed financial information.6.
Conduct effective cash flow management.7.
Plan, draft, and control the budget.8.
Maintain adequate working capital.9.
Liaise with external auditors.10.
Manage tax administration processes.11.
Oversee costing in manufacturing processes.12.
Implement and maintain robust internal control measures.13.
Supervise staff, conducting performance evaluations.14.
Manage the businesss insurance portfolio.Requirements: 1.
A Diploma or Degree in Accounting is required.2.
Professional qualifications like SAIPA, SAIBA, AGA(SA), etc., although not mandatory, would be beneficial.3.
Should have completed 3 years of articles.4.
At least 5 years of financial management experience is required.The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, impeccable attention to detail, and strong leadership abilities.
They should also show a solid understanding of financial software and be able to deliver deadlines under pressure efficiently.
