Investigation and corroboration of variancesReconciliation & submission of VAT and PAYE returnsLiaising with SARS/ tax practitioner on all tax related issuesResponsible for year-end audit by External AuditorsResponsible for Creditors reconciliations and paymentsReview and approval of all paymentsReviewing of Cash cycle & Bank reconsLiaising with Bank on financing and banking related issuesLiaising with FranchisorCoordination and planning of the annual budget processAd hoc tasks to be received from CFOPeopleManaging team of >10 accountantsManaging three member Creditors TeamProviding leadership and structureCoaching and mentoring the team as well as the individual personnelPerformance evaluation and management of finance team members
