Group Financial Accountant Market Related

Job OverviewReporting to the CFO and Group Financial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for month-end accounting and reporting processes, interim/year-end closing and reporting aspects, year-end audit, budgeting process, and other financial-related projects.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:Month End:Preparing loan account reconciliations and product development cost calculationsReviewing subsidiaries' management accountsTax calculationsPreparing Group consolidated management accountsYear-end Audit:Managing the year-end external audit requirements/deliverablesEnsuring that financial transactions in the Group are recorded in compliance with IFRSAssisting Group companies with technical accounting transactions and year-end reporting packsReviewing inter-group transactions and loan accountsOverseeing the reporting by Group companies (local and foreign) and performing Group consolidationsTax calculationsPreparing Group companies annual financial statementsReporting:Compiling management informationDrafting reports for the Finance and Risk Committee and Board of DirectorsOther Duties:Tax compliance responsibilitiesCompiling Group consolidated budgets and budget reporting packCompiling Group consolidated cash flow forecastAssisting/being involved with mergers and acquisitionsAssisting CFO and CEO with presentations to stakeholdersDesired Experience & Qualification3 years post article experienceManagement accounting experience
