Lead financial strategy and drive global impact as my client's Group Finance Manager, in a top-tier multinational company.Are you a strategic finance professional with a passion for leading teams and driving financial excellence?Join my client's multinational manufacturing and construction powerhouse as a Group Finance Manager and make a tangible impact on their global financial operations.This role is based in Roodepoort, Johannesburg West Rand.Key Responsibilities:Analyze financial data, prepare comprehensive reports, and ensure compliance for all statutory entities and the Group.Lead, coach, and develop the Finance Team (Creditors, Cashbook, HO Debtors, and Accountant) to achieve optimal performance and foster a collaborative, improvement-focused environment.Oversee daily financial operations, from general ledger management to supplier obligations, and support business units on financial matters.Ensure accuracy and integrity in asset management, tax compliance, VAT submissions, and BEE requirements.Prepare and review annual financial statements, Board packs, balance sheets, cash flow reports, variance analysis, and key financial KPIs.Manage and coordinate external audits, implement financial systems, and drive digital initiatives to enhance accuracy and process efficiency.Support the CFO in achieving strategic goals for the finance department.Qualifications and Skills:Completed Degree in Accounting or Finance related.Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a multinational manufacturing or construction setting.Proficiency in JDE, Excel, and other financial software.Strong leadership skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.In-depth knowledge of tax compliance, audit management, and statutory reporting.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
