Group Finance Manager

Job Summary:The Group Finance Manager is responsible for the overall financial management and strategic financial planning across the organization. This role involves supervising the finance team, overseeing financial reporting, budget management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Group Finance Manager will play a critical role in advising senior management on financial strategies and performance and will be instrumental in driving financial growth and sustainability.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and lead the finance department, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations across the group.Develop and maintain relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.Assist in the development of financial strategies that foster growth, profitability, and financial sustainability.Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies across the group.Supervise the preparation of internal and external audit processes, ensuring adherence to policies and compliance.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (CA/CPA) is preferred.Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant will be an added advantage.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management, preferably within a group of companies or a similar environment.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Capacity to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
