Group Finance Manager

Unique opportunity to join a diverse retail and wholesale business as a Group Financial Manager. This individual needs to be technically strong, have the ability to get involved operationally and strategically and support the management team.
Requirements: Prepare and review monthly consolidated management accounts, variance analysisLiaise with Directors to review monthly financial resultsPut together detailed weekly Financial-Operational reportPrepare annual consolidation packDraft annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS StandardsManage annual budget processVerify all forecasts are regularly updatedPresent Capex budgets and project budget reportsResponsible for coordinating and managing budgeting process and prepare final budget submission, liaising with managementManage all statutory submissions, VAT, EMP, income tax, provisional tax etcPrepare cash flow forecasts and manage group's cash flowsReview and approve payments, including EFTs
