Must have cross-border experience (SADC)15 to 20 years experience at Board levelConfidently able to offer recommendations and advice to the businessStrong interpersonal skillsData and computer literacyStrong systems background.Ability to manage a teamLeadership presenceResponsibilities:Prepare financial models for presentation at Board level and to predict outcomesBudgetingOngoing exploration of automation opportunities, scalability and efficiencyProject managementDevelop new finance processes where required and create capacity within respective teams to support new processesEnsure compliance with all statutory and tax legislation (VAT, Income tax and transfer pricing legislation)Work with the Group CFO and key business partners to agree on base set of reporting analyticsTreasury and Risk ManagementAbility to analyse performance of the operation and to determine areas of potential cost reduction, improvement and policy and process change
