Group Finance Director

Key responsibilities include the following: Financial Reporting (local and international) Monitoring cash flows Funding and facility negotiations Risk management and implementation of controls Agreements & Legal matters Tax related decisions Experience and Qualifications: Must have 10 years experience in a Financial Manager / Financial Director role Must be a qualified CA Experience in dealing with Foreign Currency and controls Excellent Management skills
