Strategic Leadership:o Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the bank's goals and vision.o Collaborate with the executive team to define priorities, resources, and timelines for transformation initiatives.2.
Technology & Innovation:o Spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge digital technologies to modernise processes and optimise customer experience.o Lead the integration of data analytics, AI, and other emerging technologies to drive innovation.3.
Operational Excellence:o Oversee the end-to-end transformation of core banking operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security.o Drive automation, streamline processes, and enhance operational effectiveness across the organisation.4.
Customer-Centric Solutions:o Champion initiatives that enhance customer engagement through seamless digital platforms and products.o Ensure the bank remains competitive by understanding and anticipating market trends and customer needs.5.
Governance & Compliance:o Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards across all transformation initiatives.o Establish robust governance frameworks to manage risks associated with digital transformation.6.
