The Group Digital Training Manager will design and lead the global digital training strategy, ensuring that all employees across diverse locations, including offices, lodges, and other properties, are equipped with the digital skills and competencies necessary to support the companys strategic objectives. This role focuses on driving digital transformation through structured training programs, upskilling employees, and fostering innovation while ensuring alignment with global business needs. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously improve digital training programs that align with business goals and digital initiatives. Deliver foundational digital competencies across the organization to ensure all employees possess the necessary skills for effective digital engagement. Establish and manage a "System Champions" program to empower select employees to promote digital initiatives and foster innovation within their teams. Conduct assessments of current skill levels to identify gaps and implement targeted interventions, including refresher courses, to address performance gaps and reinforce learning. Implement tools and systems for ongoing skills development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Oversee digital training across all operational areas, including remote offices and teams. Design assessment tools to measure training effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize program content and delivery. Regularly review training outcomes and employee feedback to adapt programs to evolving business needs and emerging industry trends. Coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure timely execution and accessibility for all employees. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital trainers (part-time, full-time, and partnered), ensuring consistent performance and growth across regions. Manage the global digital training budget, optimizing resource allocation while maintaining high-quality training standards. Ensure programs remain relevant to both global and local challenges, with continuous engagement from senior management, Human Capital, and regional teams. Contribute to the development of engaging and relevant training content that caters to various learning styles, ensuring it aligns with organizational needs and supports both foundational and advanced digital competencies. Ensure that all training programs comply with industry standards, global regulations, and internal policies. Stay updated on emerging trends in digital learning and technology, integrating innovative tools and methods into the training programs. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably with a focus on digital or e-learning). Experience: 5-10 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing global or multi-regional teams. Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale digital training programs, preferably in support of digital transformation initiatives. Experience in luxury tourism and / or the like would be an advantage Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership skills to inspire, develop, and guide a diverse global team. Deep understanding of digital training needs, including systems, data management, and application-specific training. Ability to manage large-scale training programs across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring seamless execution. Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels, across various regions and cultures. Proficiency in data-driven analysis of training effectiveness and continuous improvement. Mastery of learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other digital tools for training delivery.
