What you'll do:As a Group Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing all digital acquisition activities, including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc. You will work closely with our media agency and specialist teams to achieve acquisition objectives. Your role will also involve measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against set goals (ROI and KPIs). You will identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance. Additionally, you will formulate and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns while coordinating group digital marketing reporting.
Plan and manage all digital acquisition activitiesWork on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC at the optimum levelMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsFormulate and implement digital marketing strategies and campaignsWhat you bring:The ideal Group Digital Marketing Manager brings proven working experience in digital marketing (minimum 5 years), preferably within technology companies such as e-commerce or FinTech. You are proficient in strategising with regards to digital ads platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads. You have experience in setting up platform integration (for mobile app and website) with third parties like Google, Meta, Adjust, Looker studio for campaign set-up and tracking purposes. Your strong analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions. Experience in handling programmatic ad buying would be a significant advantage.
