A reputable company in Johannesburg North is looking for a seasoned Group CFO to join their skilled and dynamic team.
Job Description:
This candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting at group level as well as offer advice to board members on possible investment opportunities for business development from a financial point of view. Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Consolidated financial statements for a large number of entities
Financial modelling and valuations for future investment opportunities
Strategic involvement regarding business development
Managing financial team to ensure accurate financial statements

Minimum Requirements:

BCom degree
10 years' experience as a financial executive
5 years' experience reporting to CEO or Board members
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
