Job Purpose: Marketing and promoting iMasFinance Value Proposition and product offerings to existing and potential Employer Groups / Partner Companies / Stakeholder OrganizationsThe implementation of our Employer Group relationship, marketing and communication strategy in and around Gauteng Province.Job Outputs: Ensure the implementation of marketing plans within Employer GroupsCreate industry awareness and unlock business opportunitiesAssist with the development and implementation of effective marketing and leads generation strategies and relationship managementIdentify, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Employer Groups and other relevant stakeholders to ensure generation of sales for iMasFinance and iMasInsurance businessImplement strategies that will ensure market penetration at existing companiesPromote alternative channels and digital enablement within Employer Groups for service deliveryOrganize, prepare and execute Wellness days, Financial Awareness training, Presentations and Meetings with Employer Groups and UnionsCreate innovative client engagement opportunitiesSuccessful roll-out and implementation of new Employer GroupsUpdate and maintain client data on the Customer Relations Management System Qualifications: • Matric (Languages/Accounting/ Mathematics) : Essential
• Diploma / Degree qualification in marketing, corporate communications or public relations: Recommended
