Key Tasks & Accountabilities Process monthly billing and allocation  To identify and allocate premiums receipted  Extract member data and perform comparison   Update In-house system with relevant changes  Liaise with Brokers, Fund and Employer contacts, etc. Balance payments and bills monthly  Identify schemes where premiums have been short paid/non-payment and liaise with the Broker/Client Ensure timeous follow up for outstanding premium and/or information To assist in working with Business Divisions in order to align our activities to TCF and POPI requirements and best practices within the industry Premium confirmation for claim payments, where necessary Assist with adhoc queries   System UAT, where necessary Any additional tasks as assigned Perform all tasks timeously and with accuracy Ensure timeous
Qualifications & Experience Matric Relevant business qualification Minimum 6 years in similar role (EB Administration) Group Risk/Life Understanding of Life Products and Employee Benefits  Good understanding of premium receipt and reconciliation processes Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel Be able to demonstrate that in their previous experience they have gone the extra mile ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines Desire to learn and be flexible to business change
