Group Aftersales Field Operation Manager

REQUIREMENTS

Affirmative Action South African citizen, currently residing in Pretoria, or willing to relocate
Solid management experience within a Group Aftersales environment across Sub-Saharan Africa for an automotive OEM
Degree in Sales/ Marketing, or similar
Good understanding of financial measures and principles (dealer network)
Willing to travel (40% travel required, with approximately 25% to Sub-Saharan Africa and 15% to Europe)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Specialist Regional Aftersales Managers
Responsible for company Group Parts turnover objectives
Interface the Group Parts Division with the dealer network
Create the best motor dealer franchise parts departments
