Group Accountant

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full accounting function for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. Prepare and review Annual Financial Statements (AFS) in accordance with applicable regulations. Oversee and manage tax calculations, submissions, and compliance for the group. Utilize Pastel Accounting Software to manage and record financial transactions. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure financial integrity and support decision-making. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department. Key Requirements: Education: BCom degree in Accounting or a related field. Experience: Completion of either SAIPA or SAICA articles is essential. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of AFS preparation, tax compliance, and Pastel Accounting Software . Work Environment: This role is fully onsite, and candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on and dynamic environment.
