Their commitment to customer service and innovation serves as crucial elements of their success, allowing their customers to concentrate on their business objectives while entrusting the courier and logistics aspects to them.Job Experience & Skills Required:Preparation of monthly Shareholders' packagesCollaboration with Business Units on monthly reporting materialsOversight of group cash flow reporting and managementConducting group consolidations involving approximately 8 entitiesFacilitating due diligence processes as necessaryCompilation of investment documentation for potential acquisitionsProviding support services to startup companies or newly acquired entitiesOversight of Group Profit and Loss (P&L) managementAssessing business processes within Business Units to enhance efficiency and profitabilityQualifications:Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in AccountingCompletion of Articles training towards Chartered Accountancy is desirableQualified CA(SA)Experience:Demonstrated experience in financial accountingPrevious experience in the logistics or courier industry is advantageousAPPLY NOW!If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
