Group Accountant

My client is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Group Financial Manager to join their team in Cape Town. In this key position, you will oversee the financial operations of a diverse and international company, driving growth, efficiency, and compliance. If you have a passion for finance, a strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex financial processes across multiple regions, we want to hear from you!Duties:- Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group.- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local accounting standards.- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.- Coordinate the preparation of statutory accounts.- Budgeting and Forecasting- Intercompany Transactions- Audit and ComplianceEducation and experience:- CA(SA)- At least 3 years of experience in a group accounting role- Experience with consolidation and intercompany accounting is required
