Group Accountant

WFT, a leading Human Resources company, is seeking a talented and experienced Group Accountant to join our team.
As the Group Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial information, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Coordinate and oversee financial audits Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures Monitor and evaluate financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process Implement effective internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting regulations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification is strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with accounting software systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
