We believe this is done by working together, taking ownership to do the right thing, and going the extra mile every time.About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and energetic team player to supervise a team of groomers as they prepare our premier and luxury fleet of cars prior to rental. A safe, clean vehicle ready to rent is very important to us, and your role is to ensure this happens for all our customers.We are a seven-day operation; weekend and public holiday work is often a part of the roster. The place of work will be at our location in Frankton, Queenstown.Key Responsibilities:Managing a team of peopleSupervise and support groomers in delivering vehicles cleaned to Sixt standardsResponsible for rostering grooming team to ensure right people, right place, right timeLead and coach team with the support of the Branch ManagerContribute to process improvements within the branchDevelop and maintain professional relationships with staff and key stakeholdersExperience and Skills Required:Ability to work independently and be proactiveMust have supervisory experienceThrive in a fast-paced environmentBe a 'can do' person who is self-motivated and can efficiently manage your time and your team's timeCurrent Full NZ driver's licenseNZ residency or a valid NZ work visaThe full-time position is 40 hours per week, working across 7 days, between our operational hours of 0730 am - 9.30 pmThis is a fantastic opportunity to join the Giltrap Group.What We Offer:Drive vehicleWellbeing program including free health check, subsidised health insurance - and your Birthday off!Uniform suppliedIf you have the drive, experience, and skills please apply by the closing date of 30 October 2024.Only applicants with the right to legally live and work in NZ are eligible to apply for this role.
