The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles as they pertain to manufacturing operations.Financial Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.Conduct detailed variance analyses between actual and budgeted results, identifying key trends and providing actionable insights.Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to track production costs, inventory valuation, and variances.Support the Finance Manager with financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.General Ledger and ReconciliationsOversee the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely posting of journal entries.Perform and review reconciliations for key accounts, including inventory, fixed assets, and work-in-progress (WIP) accounts.Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
