Duties & ResponsibilitiesUtilize your IT or internal audit skills and risk management knowledge alongside your passion for people, whilst you train and implement world-class software as the next GRC Software Implementation Consultant sought by a dynamic Joburg-based Software Solutions Specialist. You will provide Galvanize/HighBond (Governance, Risk and Compliance) configuration, support, and consulting services to clients, as well as Data Analytics consulting services to clients, using ACL scripting techniques. The ideal candidate must have a completed Internal Audit Degree (NQF Level 7), at least 3 years' experience in an Internal/IT Audit role including Data Analytics, and software proficiency in Teammate, BarnOwl, CURA, ACL GRC and skills in SQL & MS Office.DUTIES:Ensure excellent quality of stakeholder engagement and client relationships.Provide world-class Galvanize/HighBond (Governance, Risk and Compliance) configuration, support, and consulting services to clients.Provide world-class Data Analytics consulting services to clients, using ACL scripting techniques.Provide training and skills transfer on the software implemented.Ensure training documentation is of high quality and continuously updated.Stay updated on new releases, features, and functionality to train clients and internal stakeholders.Prepare adequately for client engagements and own all relevant documentation.Ensure consistent communication with all internal and external stakeholders, managing their expectations.Identify and communicate innovations or knowledge that is created/implemented.Consistently show the ability to identify risks and issues threatening the success of your deliverables and understand the impact that it has on your work or project, ensuring you think about possible mitigations before raising.Ensure excellent productivity in available hours and deliver work within agreed time frames.Complete all administrative tasks timeously, including timesheets, project sign-offs, and client communications where applicable.REQUIREMENTS:Qualifications:Completed Degree in Internal Audit (NQF Level 7).Experience/Skills:A minimum of 3 years' experience in an internal/IT audit role.Audit Management software experience (Teammate, BarnOwl, CURA, ACL GRC).SQL or any other programming language.MS Office proficiency.The role is based in Johannesburg, but there is an element of travel outside of Johannesburg and across the African continent (maximum of 2-3 weeks at a time).Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Systems Auditor (CISA).Galvanize Certification.Experience in Galvanize (ACL) software.ATTRIBUTES:Strong work ethic.Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.Desire to exceed customer expectations.Good ability to transfer knowledge and conduct one-on-one training.Attitude for learning and innovation.Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Can work independently and self-manage.Ability to prioritize and remain focused on the job at hand.Able to take direction.Can clearly communicate and manage client expectations.Excellent ability to develop strong client and stakeholder relationships.Self-starter who is proactive and can both identify project risks and address these successfully.While we would really like to respond to every application, should you not be contacted for this position within 10 working days please consider your application unsuccessful.
