We are seeking a talented and motivated In-House Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating visually compelling designs, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visuals. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity and ensuring our marketing materials effectively communicate our value proposition to our target audience.

Design work: Brand Development: Maintain and develop the visual identity of TJ, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. Creating and managing Corporate Identity guidelines, stationery items and templates Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, infographics, presentations, and web assets. Create documents/training guides optimised for interactive pdf, online publishing and print Review final artwork layouts and suggest improvements where necessary Create and edit video content Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality. Skills Creativity: Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for aesthetics and details. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Time Management: Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience 2-4 years' experience in a similar role A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work Qualifications Matric Diploma or relevant qualification in Graphic Design Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro) WordPress experience advantageous Payments experience advantegous [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
