They are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics for our social media channels, eBooks, presentations, and online advertisements, primarily on LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
Design engaging social media graphics that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message.
Create visually appealing and informative eBooks and presentations to showcase our products and services.
Develop eye-catching online advertisements, focusing on LinkedIn, to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve our visual content.
Handle ad-hoc design requests from various departments, particularly sales and marketing, to support their ongoing needs.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, being readily available to provide design support whenever required by the sales and marketing team.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet the needs of the requesting teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and financial services industry is a plus.
