This role involves designing a variety of materials, including digital and print assets, to support the organizations legal services, client communications, and business development efforts.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in graphic design.Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably within the legal services industry or similar professional services sector.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other relevant design tools.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including both digital and print media.Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with design best practices for web and print, including responsive design and accessibility considerations.Key Responsibilities:Design Creation:Develop high-quality graphic designs for various platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, reports, and other marketing materials.Create visually engaging content that effectively communicates the firm's brand and legal expertise.Brand Consistency:Ensure all designs adhere to the firm's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials.Work closely with the marketing team to understand brand objectives and apply them in design projects.Project Management:Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through execution, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, business development, legal professionals) to gather requirements and feedback.Creative Solutions:Provide creative solutions and design recommendations for various marketing and communication needs.Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into design work.Content Development:Design and layout content for print and digital media, including infographics, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.Work with content creators to ensure designs enhance and complement written material.Client and Stakeholder Interaction:Work with attorneys and other stakeholders to understand their design needs and preferences.Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs to meet client expectations.Quality Assurance:Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.Conduct quality checks on final output to ensure the highest standard of production.Asset Management:Maintain and organize a library of design assets, including images, templates, and branding materials.Ensure all design files are properly archived and accessible.Preferred Skills:Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.Knowledge of legal terminology and the ability to create designs that effectively communicate complex legal concepts.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.About Morae:Morae is a dynamic, high-growth organization that provides an integrated suite of solutions to corporate law departments and law firms, and partners with leading software and services providers, both within and outside the legal industry.
