Product Range & Development Coordinator (Graphic Designer): We are seeking talented and experienced Graphic Designers to join our dynamic teams in the tile manufacturing factory (Hammanskraal). As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless production of high-quality tiles. You will be responsible for various tasks related to design, printing and product development. If you are a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for graphic design, this will be the position for you. Responsibilities: Create and communicate production plan to the design team. Manage production matching and coordinate production pre-runs. Manage Change-overs and ensure production plan adherence. Assist Glaze Line Millwrights on printer setup for production (Print Prep - ink layout / changes). Manage glaze supplier designers who are involved in product development. Manage and regularly update master tiles. Update range display in the Range Room. Manage and distribute samples to the marketing team. Create and prepare product lifestyle images for the website to enhance the online customer experience. Manage and maintain the linearization of printers. Create ICC profiles for accurate color management. Require skills and experience: Graphic design / DTP Operator qualification Adobe Photoshop Adobe illustrator MS Office SAP Print Prep experience Accuracy and attention to detail Professional approach to time and deadline Excellent communication skills
