Most of our clients are B2B, and our culture is grounded in honesty, curiosity, empathy, and ambition.Role overview: We're looking for a graphic designer who is not just skilled but inspired to use their talent for social good. You will create visuals that communicate and inspire, designing everything from brand identities, websites and sustainability reports to mailers and presentations.What you'll be doing:Design Projects: Work on a variety of projects including sustainability reports, brand development, social media, website look and feel, and events - such as designing themes for stands at major humanitarian events.Brand Development: Be the steward of our clients' brands, breathing new life into existing brands and developing new brand identities.Mentorship: Guide and inspire our junior designer to reach new heights and manage freelancers where necessary.Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director and the Comms Director to deliver exceptional work.Creativity: Bring your unique vision and energy to every project, ensuring our designs are memorable and influential.A month in this role could look like: Crafting compelling visuals for CTG's sustainability report, showcasing humanitarian efforts. Redesigning Chelsea Water's website and developing engaging social media assets. Creating a new brand identity for a security and risk management project. Mentoring a junior designer, enhancing their skills and process. Participating in a creative workshop exploring AI tools. Presenting and refining design concepts with the Creative Director, iterating on feedback to perfect your ideas.We're looking for someone who is:Creative and Curious: Always exploring new design trends and integrating them into your work.Efficient and Adaptable: You manage your time effectively, pay attention to detail, are organised and deadline-driven, and communicate clearly.Purpose-Driven and Strategic: You believe in the power of design to make a difference and want to work with a team that shares this belief.You'll need the following skills and expertise: 3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency. A degree, diploma, or relevant certification in design/visual communication. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Figma is a plus. An impressive portfolio showcasing your creative range. Experience working across multiple brands and clients. Experience mentoring junior designers is preferred.
