Introduction
Tracker seeks a talented, ambitious and hard-working graphic designer with experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, and Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will need to provide a portfolio of work showcasing their design capabilities. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate customers and staff. The role involves developing the overall layout and production design for applications such as advertisements, digital content, brochures, magazines, online magazines, websites, internal campaigns, and reports. As culture is an important aspect of Tracker's DNA, the candidate must fit into a dynamic team and be a team player capable of working under pressure.
Job description
Responsibilities:
Translation of briefs into visual communication in accordance with Brand CI and Marketing strategy, design of artwork, digital design, and graphic creation.
Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media promotional artwork, and videos.
Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
Transforming wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
Cross-functional collaboration with UX, Marketing, Development, Engineering, and other teams.
Providing feedback on CI development and communication around brand updates, campaigns, and projects with key suppliers, stakeholders, and staff.
Maintenance and creation of presentation templates and design assets library.
Enhancement of prepared presentations, certificates, and forms through graphics, templates, and animations.
Accurate management of production outputs to ensure deadline-driven quality delivery.
Internal and external campaign design.
Using data and analytics to make design decisions for creation.
Video and animated design for digital use.
Creating multimedia content for digital platforms.
Developing various digital forms required by the business.
General marketing assistance and ad hoc projects.
Minimum requirements
Matric, Post-matric qualification in Graphic Design.
Proficiency in graphic design software packages and applications.
3 years of experience in a Graphic Design environment in a Marketing agency or corporate Marketing environment.
Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
A diligent and hard-working individual who can be part of a highly motivated team.
Ability to work independently under pressure and take responsibility.
Good networking skills and the ability to build coalitions.
Ability to take calculated risks and accept accountability.
Skilled at multi-tasking, planning, and organizing.
