Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Procurement team in Parktown, Johannesburg.The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating impactful designs that meet the needs of the company. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Design Development: Create visually appealing designs for various materials, including packaging, detail aids, point of sale materials, logos, campaigns, leave-behinds, and presentations.Pack Shot Photography: Handle product photography to ensure high-quality images for marketing and sales purposes.Video Production & Editing: Produce and edit videos for promotional and internal use.Content Creation: Develop engaging content for digital and print media.Corporate Identity Management: Maintain and enforce corporate design guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all materials.Sales Conference Design: Develop creative elements for sales conferences, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.Internal Presentations: Design visually compelling presentations for internal stakeholders.Minimum Requirements:Diploma in Graphic Design.Experience:3-5 years of commercial graphic design experience.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.Skills And Competencies:Proficiency in Mac OS.Expert skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.Strong design and project management skills.Understanding of the full production process from concept to launch.Behavioral Qualities:Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong prioritization and time management skills.Highly organized with problem-solving abilities.Comfortable working independently.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
