PERKS & BENEFITS: Salary- $4 USD/hourPaid Time OffHealth and dental insuranceWork from home!We're growing fast, which means more chances of advancement!Work with a collaborative team and environment!WORK SCHEDULE: Full Time, FULLY REMOTERESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts from start to finish, including ideation, design, and final production in alignment with the brand's vision, guidelines, and strategy.Produce and edit high-quality images, graphics, and videos for various marketing channels, including the brand's website, social media, ads, email marketing, etc.Maintain an organized file system and adhere to version control best practices.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for design improvements and optimizations, and provide creative input and design direction on marketing campaigns and projects.REQUIREMENTS: Required: 1+ years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing.Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is a plus.Proficient in any of the following: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, Klayvio, and/or Canva.Strong portfolio showcasing E-Commerce design expertise.Familiarity with social media best practices for designing content across platforms.Knowledge of best practices in HTML, CSS, and web design is a plus.PC AND INTERNET REQUIREMENTS: Must have a personally-owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or its equivalent).A minimum internet speed of 15mbps for both upload and download.HOW TO APPLY: Copy and paste the following link into your web browser: https://bit.ly/CGA-applicationUse application code: JAZZHRWe will only consider applications submitted through the provided application link.
