We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating various design assets for both print and digital platforms, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and website elements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually engaging designs that align with the company's brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas
- Produce high-quality designs in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design
- Prepare design files for print and digital distribution
- Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency and coherence in all design assets

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for design aesthetics
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
