Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design: Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for digital and print media.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to translate both in-house and client briefs into engaging designs.
Quality Control: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and error-free deliverables before final production and distribution.
Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain brand consistency across all in-house materials, ensuring adherence to guidelines and enhancing the overall visual identity.
Manage and Track Production: Work accurately and track time accordingly across the lifespan of projects.

Requirements:

2-5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong DTP, typographical, and layout skills.
The ability to work on more than one project at a time and within a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail (layout, formatting, alignments, spelling, and grammar).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in publishing or commercial design with knowledge of printing techniques is an advantage.
