Key Responsibilities:Design visually engaging marketing materials, including digital and print advertisements, social media graphics, emailers, banners, and other promotional items based on internal briefs.Conceptualise and design in-store signage, including store windows and product graphics, for both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing elements.Design seasonal catalogues to showcase products effectively, ensuring high-quality layout and presentation for both print and digital formats.Assist the marketing team during photoshoots and events as needed.Create and manage content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.Develop basic animations such as GIFs and videos, including creation and editing.Design packaging, labels, and other ad hoc creative elements.Generate fresh ideas for online and digital materials, including print materials to be shot in our in-house studio.Execute design projects according to provided briefs.Ensure all designs align with brand positioning and guidelines.Conduct weekly research on digital and in-store competitive retail trends.Perform image retouching to enhance visual quality.Assist with the in-house printing of marketing materials.Qualifications and Experience:Tertiary qualification or degree in Graphic Design, with 1-2 years of work experience in a corporate or agency setting.Skilled in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, with additional knowledge of Creative Cloud suite programs being advantageous.Experience with After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Understanding of digital and print design principles, including repro and layout.Critical attention to detail.Familiarity with social media platforms and creating collateral for them.Up-to-date with key digital and industry trends.Ability to meet all material deadlines.Skills:Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.Eagerness to learn and improve.Ability to take creative direction and constructive feedback.Strong organizational skills, deadline-driven, and good time management.Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks.Forward-thinking with the ability to take initiative.Capable of working both independently and within a team.Trustworthy and reliable.Strong conceptual skills for graphic design.Expertise in both print and web graphic design.Photography skills are advantageous.Knowledge in photography and videography is a plus.Copywriting skills are advantageous.Behaviours:Takes on new challenges with urgency and eagerness.Communicates ideas clearly, concisely, and impactfully.Addresses and tackles challenging situations confidently.Makes timely, well-rounded, and informed decisions.Takes responsibility and ensures accountability in meeting performance targets.Simplifies complex information to resolve organizational issues.Develops plans that align with organizational goals and priorities.Utilizes new technology to enhance productivity and support business growth.
