Key Responsibilities:Managing client communications and liaising with the production team.Scheduling and overseeing digital creatives on various digital platforms.Learning and working with specialized software used in production.Assisting the Head of Department with various administrative tasks.Performing general administrative duties to ensure smooth operation.Requirements:Matric qualification.Own transport.1-2 years of work experience.Strong administrative and organizational skills.Advantageous Skills:Customer service experience.Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop).Desktop publishing skills.Familiarity with Pastel.Experience with CRM/ERP systems (beneficial but not required).Technical Proficiency:Windows OSMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Personal Attributes:Strong work ethic and responsibility and deadline driven.Attention to detail with a high standard of work.Ability to conceptualize visuals based on requirements.Effective team collaboration skills.Positive attitude and motivated.Strong communication skills and confidence.Initiative and ability to work independently.Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability.Strong admin skills.Flexibility, determination, and ability to handle pressure.
