Graphic Designer

Details of the offer

- Collaborate with copywriters to receive and prioritise briefs and promotional requests from the Marketing team or appointed agency; and deliver each element of the campaign to brief - Facilitate brainstorming sessions to share new design concepts, perspectives and ideas. - Construct the conceptual design plan, concept and layout for gaming and other marketing promotions, ensuring content remains fresh and exciting - Propose or provide advice on artistic designs and solutions - Design and create enticing graphics for deliverables using relevant systems and tools - Be responsible for every visual aspect of each project from presentation to completion. - Liaise with team or agency with regard to concepts, ideas, deadlines, and promotional requirements - Select audio, video, colours, animation, etc. for graphic design ensuring that all logo's, photographs, icons and brand imagery are 100% correct in colour, scale, and CI. - Brief, manage, craft and monitor all visual elements of every project from presentation through to completion. - Brief electronic, print and activation production to ensure idea is executed and delivered to its best potential. - Brief and give constructive input during a shoot and/or recording and direct directors, photographers, stylists and art directors - Concisely brief photographers with lighting, style, composition, lensing, mood, performance and grade references. - Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues. - Present graphics solutions to relevant stakeholders and obtain approvals on final content against brief - Be an ideas bank of new innovation and concepts to be used as a foundation for content in line with business requirements - Understand and adapt brand CI into all communication elements. - Conceptualise and complete art for 360 degree ideas: Activations, Promotions, Experiential, TV, Print, and CRM. - Craft and manage TV processes from edit approvals, grading, on-lines, titling, etc. - Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create graphics. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques. - Close out any requests by quality assuring content and products prior to distribution to the units / relevant stakeholders - Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files. - Work with relevant internal and external stakeholdersto conceptualise and execute each element of a campaign. - Follow-through on progress with relevant "stakeholders to ensure timeous delivery in line with agreed SLA - Maintain relationships with key stakeholders by promptly resolving queries; requests - Manage relationships with suppliers and agencies through regular engagements to ensure quality service delivery - Report and provide feedback to management on progress and challenges
