The position requires creativity, technical proficiency, and collaboration with senior designers, developers, and other departments to ensure cohesive visual communication across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:Design Support for Marketing Team:Collaborate with the marketing team to create exceptional design concepts and content that meet the company's marketing objectives.Cross-Team Collaboration:Work closely with the senior Graphic Designer and development team to ensure the successful creation of designs for various media, including digital and print.Media Design:Create attractive and effective designs for multiple channels, including print materials, online banners, newsletters, advertisements, and social media content.Creative and Consistent Design Solutions:Develop design solutions that are visually appealing, creative, and consistent with the brand identity and vision while conveying the core messages of each project.Sales and Marketing Materials:Design the company's marketing collateral, such as brochures, digital ads, and branded materials, ensuring all work aligns with brand standards.Brand Adherence:Ensure all design outputs comply with the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style and tone across all materials.Supplier and Production Coordination:Liaise with external suppliers regarding the production of printed materials, conduct research to source competitive printing prices, and ensure the final product meets the company's expectations.Web and Print Design Synchronization:Collaborate with other departments to ensure that digital designs for web and social media align with print materials, creating a cohesive brand experience across platforms.Digital and Social Media Content Creation:Design engaging digital assets for the company's website, newsletters, banner ads, and social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), including gifs and other animated content.Qualifications and Skills Required:Essential Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.3-4 years of experience in a creative environment, ideally within a digitally native brand.Required Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma.Strong typography, design, and layout skills with an exceptional eye for detail.Knowledge of digital and online media processes.Experience with motion graphics, animated digital ads, and social media content.Expertise in video editing, video color grading, and motion graphics.Experience in video production and visual effects, with proficiency in editing tools and software.Desired Skills and Attributes:Ability to understand and execute design briefs, while bringing creative ideas and personal flair to the design process.A creative mindset with strong idea generation and visualization skills.Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.Highly organized, flexible, and efficient at managing time and multiple projects.Performance Expectations:Creativity: Continuously deliver innovative and visually appealing design solutions.Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality output with consistent brand alignment.Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple projects within tight deadlines.
